Our Cuisine

Rooted in Ottoman and Anatolian traditions, our menu celebrates centuries of shared flavors and techniques. From warm balloon bread to slow-cooked stews sealed in clay pots, each dish is prepared with care, history, and intention. Every plate tells a story meant to be shared.

Our Story

Founded by Ridvan Kan, Nedim Korkmaz, and Chef Berkan Sakaci, Constantinople is shaped by generations of hospitality and craftsmanship. Their combined experience brings together tradition, community, and a deep respect for storytelling through food. What began in Anatolia now finds a home in Portland.

The Experience

The space is designed as an immersive cultural experience, where architecture, service, and atmosphere reflect the warmth of Anatolian hospitality. Thoughtful details invite guests to slow down, gather, and connect. More than a meal, it’s a place to linger.
